Middle-level(Mid-level) Leader(中层领导)

通俗上讲，中层领导是在执行层和决策层的人员。中层领导形式上福利好于一般员工，其主要功能是帮助公司执行战略。中层领导的主要职责是：creating an effective working environment, administrating the work process, making sure it is compliant with organization’s requirements, leading people and reporting to the highest level of management.
我对中层领导的思考：
- 中层领导是企业战略执行的关键，向上理解高层战略，向下调动多数的基层执行战略；
- 中层领导陷阱：
- 很多基层员工付出一定努力、一定时间之后，登上的便是中层领导的位置。30～35的中层领导比较常见(带5～50人的团队)，他们中的大多数刚刚有了家庭、刚有了或将有孩子、刚买了房子和车(需要还贷)，由于事情众多、精力分散，他们核心理是：求稳。在这种陷阱之下，很多人选择——以家庭为主。于是乎：工作不会有那么多冲劲、成长放慢或停止，绩效一般、上升空间有限……一切求稳、发展停滞。
Middle Class(中产阶级)
下面是来自Wikipedia的定义：

中产阶级的界定维度与衡量标准：物质标准，生活状态，精神文化。
- 世界银行将经过购买力平价调整后的日收入超过2美元的人定义为中产阶级。根据这种划分方法，全世界有超过40亿的人达到中产阶级水准。狭义的中产阶级定义则是收入接近或超过发达国家中等收入者的人，其收入大约为人均31000美元或每天85美元。按照这种定义，全世界有约12%的人属于中产阶级。 - from 中產階級
关于阶级，会有四种情况：

| 已达到 | 有能力享受这个阶级的生活，同时正在过这种阶级的生活。 | 没能力享受这个阶级生活，但是正在过着这种生活。 |
| 未达到 | 有能力享受这个阶级的生活，但是生活品质未达到这个阶级的标准。 | 没能力达到，也还未达到。 |
我对中产阶级的思考：
- 精神心理上到达是最关键的，因为一切取决于感官。
